Assistant Manager – Jane Norman

We are currently recruiting an Assistant Manager to run our busy store in Nuneaton.

To join our ever-growing team of Managers at Jane Norman you will need to demonstrate passion for retail and the Jane Norman brand as well as real desire to achieve.

We are looking for individuals who are excited about visual merchandising, beating targets and developing teams. Not only will you have the ability to run a store on a day to day basis in your Managers absence but you will also understand the importance of motivating your team to deliver exceptional levels of customer service. You will also be able to operate at pace and have a clear focus on how to drive your business with minimal direction.

You will be able to communicate at all levels and you will be integral to the success of your store. This is a great opportunity to gain invaluable retail management experience and is a great stepping store for anyone wishing to further their career in retail.

We are looking for candidates with fashion or accessories management experience who can get the best out of their team and maximise sales from their environment.
